HOSOKAWA POLYMER SYSTEMS INCREASES EFFICIENCY, PROFITABILITY

KS Dedusting System – Fine dust and streamer removal from plastic regrind and virgin pellets with Hosokawa Polymer Systems KS series dedusting systems greatly improves production efficiencies and controls airborne dust. All models from the KS-I to KSS-V are extremely easy to operate, clean and maintain. Plastic granules from capacities of 50-10,000 PPH can easily be cleaned for greatly improved production efficiencies.

WHAT’S NEW? Laminar flow of ionized air efficiently scalps off dust while neutralizing static forces for greatly improved fine dust and streamer separation.

BENEFITS – Increased static elimination breaks the bonds between finely charged dust and plastic granules resulting in improved cleaning of pellets and regrind during the dedusting process. The result is cleaner regrind, lower reject parts and higher profits.

HOSOKAWA POLYMER SYSTEMS TACKLES LARGE PIPE RECYCLING

Pipe Shredding System – The large coffin style shredding system from Hosokawa Polymer Systems is available for up to 48? diameter pipe 20? long. It is designed to shred a variety of pipe types, materials and sizes. It handles PVC, HDPE, PP, corrugated, pressure, post-consumer, and others.

WHAT’S NEW? Faster and smoother ram cycle times results in increased capacity of thin walled corrugated pipes while maintaining high capacity on pressure pipe recycling.

BENEFITS – Capacities of over 6,000 PPH can be achieved on a multitude of pipes with varying diameter and lengths with minimal increase in power consumption.
