Hosokawa Polymer Systems is the world leader in design and supply of granulator roll feed systems. With literally hundreds of installations from small edge trim to large central on line systems, we pride ourselves on providing optimum solutions for film and sheet recovery.

Our roll feeders range from 9 inch wide with 3 inch solid machines rolls to 78 inch wide with 8 inch diameter rolls. From 5 feet per minute to over 1000 feet per minute we have a roll feed system to suit any need. We have supplied hundreds of film systems both for edge trim and central lines. Our systems our processing materials from 1 mil to over ¼" thick and over 30 feet wide; BOPP, BOPET, PE's, Rubbers, PVC, TPO and many more.

Our roll feed systems utilize not only the latest technology for feeding film and sheet but also our best technology for granulation and material/fluff transport. We incorporate our granulator technology; patented cutting action, sound attenuation and ease of maintenance into all out roll feed systems. From our 5 hp press side roll feed to our 500 hp large central Rotoplex we cover all sizes and applications.
