Squeezer is installed at the end of the washing lines for film dewatering.
This squeezing system is based on the mechanical squeezing made by a screw working inside holed cylinder.
During pressing, there is strong friction between film scraps and holed cylinders, it makes friction heating, which is helpful for drying.
The discharging final part of the squeezer is fitting with hydraulic locks, that making narrower the discharging section. The hydraulic locks are controlled by PLC, open/lock automatically.
In this way the material becomes compact, heated, and water is removed.
